Each month you will be billed the designated membership monthly fee. This is not a service fee but instead, a credit applied to your account to be used towards services, products, and testing.

We would hate to see you go, but we understand. Call the location where you originally signed up as a member and they will be happy to help. We do require a 30-day cancellation notice.

Memberships are billed on the same day each month, which is the anniversary of the day you joined.

At IV Nutrition, we offer blood tests to help evaluate and analyze your current health. Our testing allows us to access various levels in your body including inflammation, hormone, liver function, immune health, nutrient deficiencies, and more. Each panel comes with a wellness consultation; a meeting to review the full analysis and report of findings, as well as customized lifestyle and nutrient recommendations to help you improve your health and prevent illness.
