Meet the Physician Behind IV Nutrition Dallas
As a Dallas native raised in the Lakewood area of East Dallas, Dr. Jessie McKitrick has always been passionate about serving the community that shaped her. Her journey into wellness began as a Chiropractor. She attended Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City after receiving her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. McKitrick started practicing chiropractic in Dallas in 2013 and became increasingly interested in IV therapy as another holistic approach to supporting overall health and wellness.
In 2019, Dr. McKitrick and her husband founded IV Nutrition with the goal of bringing high-quality IV therapy services to the Dallas community. Since opening their doors, they have been grateful for the opportunity to help clients feel their best and experience the positive impact their services can have on health and well-being.
Beyond the treatments they provide, one of the accomplishments Dr. McKitrick is most proud of is building a compassionate, dedicated team that shares their commitment to exceptional care and personalized wellness. Taylor Gilbert has always been passionate about helping others and maintaining a strong commitment to health and wellness throughout her life. In 2022, she joined IV Nutrition and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the holistic approach the company takes to supporting the body’s natural healing and overall wellness. Being part of a team that empowers clients to feel their best has been both inspiring and deeply rewarding.
What Taylor enjoys most about her role is building meaningful relationships within the community and supporting clients throughout their wellness journeys. Whether working with busy professionals looking to recharge, athletes focused on recovery, or individuals committed to optimizing their health, she takes pride in creating a welcoming experience and helping each client feel cared for, confident, and supported.
Outside of work, Taylor is a proud mom to her 6-year-old son, Ledger, who is truly the light of her life and her favorite adventure partner. When she’s not spending time with family, she is an avid animal lover and enjoys life at home with her two dogs, Blue and Nellie, and her cat, Sylvester. She also loves being outdoors—hiking, fishing, spending time on the lake, going for long walks in nature, practicing hot Pilates, and getting lost in a good book.
